Our production line is capable of mounting simple products with few components. It is suitable for diversified products with fast line changeover speed.
The production line configuration includes an MPM printer, a 3DSPI solder paste inspection machine, 8 NXT3 modules, 2 M6S modules and 2 multifunctional machines. It is suitable for products with many SMT components and compound assembly requirements.
An advanced Siemens Siplace Machine is adopted, suitable for mounting materials in 01005-3216 specifications, with high mounting accuracy and low material waste.
8 SMT production lines are operated for the production of diversified products.
Producing the same product simultaneously on two lines reduces the probability of oxidation during the production process and the production time.
